That could be the case after the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency gave final approval to Landmark Developers to build the Morris Hotel on land currently owned by NJ Transit near Liberty State Park. Landmark President Frank Cretella said Monday that his company has had talks with NJ Transit and Gov.
