Artist from Jersey City makes a splash in Hong Kong harbor Today 11:17 AM (3/29/2019) By Aya Elamroussi | The Jersey Journal A Jersey City native?s artwork made it all the way to Hong Kong this month, and it was definitely hard to miss.
