My bf's family has a house there and were told it would only close small sections of a beach at a time. This has been in the works already. It won't ruin a whole vacation. Updates are posted on the town's website. https://www.seasideparknj.org/2018/08/ ... enishment-project-update/

I'm down in the Seaside Park area and equipment is accumulating for replenishment in areas that weren't supposed to be done until after the summer ended. They're in Seaside Heights right now.
If you have a rental scheduled for the coming weeks, better check into it.
