My patio door lock seems broken perhaps beyond repair
I have two choices replace lock or replace patio door(which is fringe based or non-sliding).I am inclined more towards replacing patio door as it's about 15 year old.However there seems to be better or inexpensive choices in sliding doors as opposed to fringe based.however I am not sure if it will be feasible to replace fringe based to sliding and how much it would cost for such a replacement besides I spoke to few locksmiths and it did not help.appreciate input from experts here
