Just heard that 417 Ogden is coming down, a simple house on double lot with a huge cherry tree in back. Since there's no variances applied for, no doubt that 2 Bayonne Boxes will take it's place, further uglifying the Heights. There's already a hideous one next door. The cherry tree will have to go to give them the ridiculous lot coverage they get. R-1 zoning has to go.
