on September 12, 2016 at 11:43 AM, updated September 12, 2016 at 11:52 AM JERSEY CITY -- Two teenagers sat in the parking lot of the Barbara Place apartment complex this morning and starred at blood stains left on the sidewalk from a fatal shooting hours earlier. Rather than enjoying their day off from school, the 16-year-old Ferris High School students were left stunned and saddened by the news that their friend had been shot dead at around 1:30 a.m. "It was crazy, I was just with him yesterday," said the victim's friend, Omar.
