However, three went above and beyond, decorating their homes so elaborately that they were recognized and rewarded for for their efforts. The winners of the 13th annual "Jersey City Best Christmas Decorated Home Contest" have officially been announced by the Hudson Media Group -- with 274 Columbia Ave., 114 Booraem Ave., and 360 Virginia Ave. beating out 29 other homes for three grand prizes.
