A Jersey City Heights couple made their first court appearance yesterday on drug charges related to more than 5 ounces of suspected cocaine allegedly shipped to their apartment from Puerto Rico, officials said. Luis R Mejias, 33, and Alexxandr I. Norcia, 28, both of the same apartment on the 200 block of Cambridge Avenue, made their first court appearance in Central Judicial Processing this afternoon via video link from the Hudson County jail in Kearny.
