Thanks for your advice. Yes, there are a lot of responsibilities, but the more I learn about this, the higher my confidence level is. I'm still not sure if I have covered everything, but I think I covered a lot. And of course, unless I'm 100% confident, I won't do it.

We are thinking of leasing our condo unit in DTJC to a tenant.

While searching for a leasing contract, etc., we came across something that says that we need a certificate of registration at city clerk.

Since it is a condominium that has more than 2~3 units, the building itself must have such certificate of registration.

As a unit owner, would we need one to lease our unit?

If so, has anyone done it before?
