Hi all,

I own one of the standard 3 story brick row house in downtown JC (attached on both sides). The facade really needs a paint job and I am wondering if anyone can tell me what the going rate of this kind of thing is. I know there can be some variation here (brick and cornice repair, etc,) But all I really need is a paint job.

Any ideas what sort of range people pay for this?
