One of Hudson County?s most wanted fugitives was arrested this week on charges of armed robbery.

Douglass Pipher, 34, of Jersey City is charged with robbery, possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.

On Oct. 12, a man was riding his ?fixie? bicycle with a friend on Bergen Avenue near Bidwell Avenue when he was approached from behind by a man -- later identified as Pipher, a police report states. That's when Pipher grabbed his bike and said, ?This is my bike. Where did you get it?? police say.
