There may be connecting service from either Pier 11 or 34th St. Manhattan has been calling for extended service to LGA.

Once upon a time there was a ferry service to LGA from dtjc.
It was abandoned due to lack of customers. Perhaps its time to revive it since many popular destinations originate from there.
