Boxing and Yoga tonight at Bayside. The Yoga class is FREE from 7-8:30 PM Tues & Thursdays. Some mats are provided.

Just saw on Nextdoor.com that FREE yoga classes have been added to the schedule. Every Tuesday this summer from 7-8 PM. Yoga mats are not provided so you must bring your own.

Learn Boxing @ Bayside Park This Summer!
Starting July 1, 2014 from 5:00 PM till 7:00 PM Every Tuesday & Thursday. Lean the basic techniques of boxing: footwork, aerobics, rope skipping, jogging, calisthenics and various styles of punching!
