I invited both Sean Connelly and Esther Wintner to speak at the Wards C & D debates for 3 minutes each since they lost time campaigning compared to the other candidates. Here is their 3 minutes at the debate.

Bad ruling it will now make it possible to manipulate elections.

Read some of the JJ comments in the below JJ link?..interesting.

Example:

Candidate A (incumbent would win if not challenged)
Candidate B (known challenger that will cause a run off)
Candidate C (an unknown that a rich guy wants elected at all costs)

Candidate B (gets a deal/money from rich guy to run and then to drop out of runoff)

Candidate C (wins the runoff against Candidate A because of extremely low runoff turnout, an endorsement from Candidate B , and the rich guy buying just a few hundred votes)

Keep the dead guy rule especially in HC/JC.

The law allows people to move up if there is a death on the ballot. Judge Bariso ruled that this ruling should also apply to people who drop off the ballot. The city argued against this but the judge overruled the city. The judge also called people on Ward F since Robinson has also dropped out. Reyes said no and the court is giving Chantel Snow until by 10:00 am Wednesday. It she says no then Dr. King moves up. Dr. King told the judge she is willing to run. Congratulations to Sean Connelly and Esther Wintner.
