St. Paul's Church in Bergen, an Episcopal parish in Jersey City, welcomes a new rector, the Rev. Thomas Murphy, this Sunday, May 12. Our service begins at 10 am, and includes a Mother's Day Tribute and Praise Dance--followed by a potluck lunch at 11:30 am.

A Jersey City native, Tom taught history at St. Peter's University and was a parishioner at St. Paul's before completing his M.Div at New York's General Theological Seminary. He returns to St. Paul's from Grace Episcopal Church in Madison, NJ, where he was a priest associate. We're very excited to welcome him back at a time of renewal and growth at St. Paul's.
