Jersey City man stabbed in face with screwdriver: cops By Anthony J. Machcinski/The Jersey Journal on March 27, 2013 at 3:40 PM, updated March 27, 2013 at 3:41 PM A Palisade Avenue man was arrested after police said he attacked another Jersey City resident with a screwdriver early this morning. The victim told police that as he was in his car near his Reservoir Avenue home at 8:50 this morning, he saw the man, Ceasar Castro, 27, of Jersey City, and rolled down the window to talk to him, reports state.
