Looking at the recent Goldman Sachs story, and many others over the past few years, plus new rounds of development maybe/maybe not happening in Journal Square et al, I wonder...
Has anybody ever done a scorecard or report about how well Jersey City has done at: a) enforcing agreements with developers, and 2) realizing promised benefits of big development projects?
