Joey Richberg, 43, of the 100 block of Old Bergen Road, surrendered to police this morning and he is charged in the Jan. 7 incident in which the 26-year-old was shot while in her bed watching television on Old Bergen Road, police said.
Bail was set at $500,000 cash only today
