Random acts as such or even intended ones but where innocent bystanders get caught will lead to a police state. Everyone will eventually dig their own graves and loose the freedoms we know.

A woman was grazed by a stray bullet yesterday afternoon when shots were fired near the intersection of Central Avenue and Congress Street in Jersey City.
The shooting took place around 5 p.m., Jersey City police spokesman Stan Eason said. The woman was shot in the leg, but it is believed she was not the intended target, Eason said. Eason said it is believed that the bullet was fired from a passing vehicle. JJ Now is this the red zone or the yellow zone?
