I guess nobody else took the bait. I don't have a solid recommendation to give you. I've used Jaime Construction in the past to do stucco, new sidewalk and a poured concrete floor in the understairs garbage can area of my old building. They did a decent job but I wouldn't call it outstanding.

You could contact a few of the ones I mentioned like KDK and FPV to come in and give you a quote. Some aren't easy to find on-line, but if you see a construction site they are working on, there is usually a sign with phone numbers, etc.

Edit: I haven't contacted Jaime in a while but the phone# I have for him is 201-993-9572.

Thanks. (I thought I was soliciting opinions from JC List.)

I think you'll find that the masonry contractors who do a lot of work on local brownstones and brick rowhouses will do this kind of work. Check out contractors like PMJ, FPV, KDK, Jaime, etc.

You can probably find threads about them on JCList, look them up on Kannekt or solicit opinions from others on JC List.

Can anyone recommend someone who does self-leveling, concrete floors? I'd appreciate hearing from you!

Thanks,
Stephanie
