LINDEN ? Workers moved hurriedly today erecting 100,000 square-foot tents and portable heaters as contractors directed 18-wheelers where to set up large shower trailers and caterers powered up mobile kitchens.

Not sure if anyone's seen this place, but I drive by it every day. There are huge white tents, hundreds of porta-johns and even "mobile shower units" built in semi trailers. It seems to be growing larger and nobody has any real idea what it's for. It doesn't even seem to be reported much in any reliable news sources.

Could be a camp for utility workers, a shelter for people who can't move back to their homes.

Anybody else seen this thing and know what it's about?
