A guy I knew got blew off one of the drawbridges, they call it the hack, a few years back. Didn't make it. Even today my hardhat flew right off my head a couple times but that's what jersey city is like its windy and you don't know WHAT is going to go flying at your head or face I'd wear a hardhat all the time but that would look crazy.

At 11:30 am, I left the Rite-Aid at Journal Square and a wind gust cause a piece of the sign to fall down ten feet from me. Part of the letter "R" fell off the Rite-Aid sign and it shattered on the sidewalk. Luckily, it did not hit anyone.
