The town of Paterson told parade organizers Paterson cannot afford the $100,000 it will take to have the Dominican parade.
Parade group sued and Judge Jose L. Linares, ruled it was a free speech issue. Parade will go on, with a shorter route and taxpayers will foot the bill. http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2011 ... parade_in_paterson_w.html
