tee hee

What he is saying is more dog owners are honoring the 10pm park closing time. So anyone living across or any where near the dog run can now sleep better past 10pm. It's quieter and free of dogs barking while playing in the dog run.

"a pleasant place to . . . sleep at night across from the dog run"??

Do you mean in your house? Or is this park multi use for the homeless Nam vets, Taco and Paco, Teddy and whomever else?

Yay!
So good to hear Marc. I think a lot of the gratitude should go to you though.
Being a constant presence in the Park. Working so hard to make it the nicest and most beautiful park has rubbed off of folks. Taking pride and maintaining what is ours makes a big difference in our community.
Thank You Marc :)

The roses around the dog park are just gorgeous this year. I love walking around there with my daughter and letting her smell them.

Thanks Parkman and everyone else who has worked so hard to keep the park beautiful.

I would like to personally thank the vast majority of dog owners who have helped make Van Vorst Park a pleasant place to bring kids, relax on the lawn, or sleep at night across from the dog run.

The ?us vs them? mind set seems to have changed; now users of the park, both parents and dog owners, understand the importance of leash laws, run use hours, teaching your children not to pick the flowers, and the pride in keeping the park clean.

I truly can?t fully explain how this change of behavior and understanding of what we are trying to accomplish in this small park means to me?but thank you.
