Concert at Grace Van Vorst Church, featuring HEATHER MASSE, member of The Wailin' Jennys and frequent guest on Garrison Keillor's A Prairie Home Companion. Heather will perform new songs and tunes from her disc, Bird Song, accompanied by Jed Wilson on piano. The concert will also feature the debut of the CON VIVO STRING QUARTET, performing arrangements of songs by Ms. Masse, and Edvard Grieg's Quartet #1 in g minor. The concert begins at the church on Erie St., downtown Jersey City at 8 p.m. There will also be a post-concert party and jam session with Heather and friends and members of Con Vivo.

This is Con Vivo's first fund raiser to support its full season of free concerts throughout Jersey City. Tickets for the concert alone, $30, or $75 for the concert and jam session/party.
