Oh no. That's horrible. I'm also concerned about random kids and adults hanging out without dogs in the runs. There is something unusual going on. One person claimed they were/bit twice last week.

Found a male puppy approximately 15lbs, all black except for a white marking on his chest, running loose in Van Vorst Park at 11:15am this morning. He has a reddish collar with no tag. I was unable to get a leash on him?he seems very hand-shy. If you have any info on this dog, please call 201 433-6553.
