 What is up with the JCIA, or whoever is supposed to prepare for winter weather!? I left my apartment in the Heights planning to catch my usual bus - #87 to JSQ - finally gave up, and went to Hoboken - it took 1:45 to get to lower Manhattan - busses sliding off the road, re-routed, Paterson Plank Road turned into a parking lot.It seems someone dropped the ball on this! This is only my second winter in the Heights - what am I in for? Should I be getting a sled and dogs to get to work?
