Since moving from manhattan I have taken great pleasure in my little yard. But as a tree hugger, I do not want to throw my yard clippings in the trash. When I lived in suburbia in my former life, the township picked up this kind of stuff if we put it in those brown bags. The only thing like this I can find in Jersey City is for leaf collection in the fall. Does anyone know anything about doing this when it's NOT fall?
