Join me in telepathically projecting the words ?dry aged prime? into the minds of prospective buyers. I certainly enjoy going to Edward?s, the bar is gorgeous and the staff is the best in downtown JC, but wet-aged choice is the soft-core porn of steak. While you?re at it, project something about being open for lunch on weekends, having a proper steakhouse burger on the menu... and not to mess with the icebox cake.

Will do, but I am not sure that the new owner will set up a steakhouse there. There is a need for one in JC, though, so I am hopeful. Dry-aging is key, as well as efficient searing of the meat. Mmmm, a melt-in-your-mouth filet, cooked rare. Now I'm hungry.

2.8 mil, that's pretty rich. Great location, though. I went there once, was not impressed with the steak at all. Maybe someone will make it a viable place.

Been there a few times over the last 3 years. Steaks have always been pretty good. It's not Strip House, and it's a little overpriced, but I have always enjoyed dinners there.

Most of the 2.8 mil is for the value of the RE and the liquor license the restaurant isn't worth that much.

Just saw this real estate listing. $2.8 million and this fine downtown eatery is yours!
