I guess the cop whos usually on the corner of westside & union wasnt in the area or too busy in Dunkin Donuts to respond.
The cameras outside the bank didnt pick this up?

Gunman takes $700 from Jersey City woman leaving Capital One Bank
Monday, February 01, 2010 A 39-year-old Jersey City woman was robbed of more than $700 after leaving Capital One Bank Saturday afternoon, police reports said. Jersey City police were called to Virginia and West Side avenues at 4:52 p.m. on report of a robbery. The victim told police she had just exited the bank on West Side Avenue near Boyd Avenue when a man pushed her against a wall, pointed a black handgun at the back of her right ear, and demanded money, police said. The robber ran off with her bag that contained credit cards and $725 cash, reports said. CHARLES HACK
