The reserved permits are $125 a month, and are aimed at commuters as Garyg said. It would not be the best choice for someone who lives there since they do street cleaning from 6:00-6:30.

Your best bet is to park in one of the garages/lots in the area - probably about $200/month. Don't try parking in the reserved area or you'll get a ticket and a boot on your car. Sorry.

If you have parking in you building you typically cannot get street parking.

The reserved spots are for commuters who work in JC. They have spots like that all over the area on Columbus and around exchange place.

Unfortunately your screwed.

I was wondering what the reserved parking on Morgan St is for. The sign says reserved parking 7am-7pm M-F and is for the whole right side of the block on Morgan St in front of Trump. Who gets to park there and why?? I just moved to Trump and was expecting to get a Zone 3 or 4 (not sure which its is) parking permit from the NJPA, but when I went to get the permit, they told me I can't have a permit if I live in Trump, and I need to pay Trump for parking which cost $300 a month there. I was never informed of this by the realtor and can't afford to pay that amount to just park my car.
