It's still pretty ugly. Better than whats there now though. Are they going to do anything with that nasty strip mall on the North side of the street?

I copied this rendering of a supermarket that is replacing Montgomery Gardens from another thread.  I've read that demolition is supposed to start in a few months.  What a difference this would be replacing what's in the area now.
