Yeah live on the block, and heard this outside my window, the guy from J&J was utterly ridiculous and causing quite a scene.

This is really unfortunate, but I have been saying for a long time that people are fighting over parking spaces and the city should have municipal lots. This is a severe problem downtown.

This morning, I witnessed an incident between J&J Mechanical Contractors and another guy on Mercer St. A needless argument over a parking space after the street sweeper passed...but the J&J guy was yelling and calling the other guy a n**ger and a f**got and was escalating in aggression and pushing for a fight. The other guy, dressed in a suit, didn't take the bait and eventually walked away.
I know nothing of the quality of J&J's work but wanted to give an FYI that this racist a**hole could show up at your door if you hire them. It's J&J Mechanical Contractors-Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning LIC #12021
