Hi, I looked up similar classes about a few months back and found some workshops at my community center. Also, check out Facebook groups or Meetup – sometimes local farmers host them. And as a last resort, YouTube tutorials are great!

This is where I started, and now I'm hooked. Try small batches to start with, like pickles or jams. Good luck! :)

Hello - does anyone know of any water bath canning classes for food preservation that are being offered? I can't seem to find any. I remember years ago there were some "local" classes (sewing, etc) offered at the local high schools, but I haven't seen those fliers in years. I tried Michael's/Joann's but no luck. Please tell me someone knows.
