Whatever you do don't go with Corner Property Management. Our friends live downtown and their building has seen a rapid decline since they starting "managing" the building. I heard that they are unresponsive, dismissive and also very very expensive.

We use Chris at 2Sixty as well, great guy always dependable and great price.

Good afternoon all! I was hoping someone could recommend a property management company for downtown JC. Not necessarily for a whole building but for individual units. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
