Looking for leads on a rental parking spot near 3rd and Coles.

Anyone know if someone in the private alleyway north of 3rd St. between Coles/Monmouth is renting a spot?

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

The article is pretty much spot on. Any of you who disagree most likely just moved here in the past few years and have some inane idea in your head of what you imagine this town to be rather than what it really is.

Rasoi is the best Indian food in Jersey City. But, be prepared to wait a while if you order around common supper time.

Unlikely. Walked down Pavonia right near Hamilton Park yesterday and there were three hoodlums blatantly looking into car windows to see what they can smash and grab. In broad daylight, with no care in #OOPS# who was around. Also, several muggings around Erie/2nd in the past couple months.

There must have been two muggings that night near that same area. One instance I heard that the guy got away with the bag. In the other, he was chased down and he threw the bag before he got away. The first was at Jersey/2nd. The other Erie/Bay.

I'm pretty sure this already has been confirmed to be the plan.

Didn't realize the meat market was closed. I bought chicken there a few times over the years. No complaints about the quality, but the place was a bit scroungy which I guess led my mind to believe that the meat might not have been super fresh. If we are lucky, a bona fide butcher shop would open there, and include FISH. That would be really awesome.

Gonna miss that place. I heard its going to be a craft beer shop? However, it stills seems like its up for lease. Someone open something cool.

Cool, good for them. They're pizzas are definitely delicious, however, I agree with you guys. The place is definitely overpriced for size of the portions.. a burgeoning trend in this town.

Apologies in advance for resembling a 'troll' (just read about the definition of this term in a recent New York Mag article.. intriguing..) but this is my honest opinion.

I noticed a crowd of people outside this place and couldn't help but wonder why people continue to go here. The food is mediocre. Perhaps 7 years ago when there were no other Mexican Joints downtown, I guess it was okay, but there are a handful of better options these days. The only reason people think the food tastes good is because they literally cook everything in a tub of lard.

When a black dude knocks on your door it's gotta be a scam, right?

This is a legitimate business. Yes, it seems shady, but they are 3rd party energy resellers.

Why are you all so clueless and paranoid? Grow a pair or move the burbs.

I was at GameStop a couple weeks ago buying Modern Warfare 3 (great game, by the way. highly recommend it) and theirs were three ghetto kids in front of me trading in iPhones for cash. Pretty sure these phone weren't theres considering they had pink and purple cases on them. I was pretty surprised that GameStop did this.. so I asked the manager if they check to see if these phone are stolen or whatever, and he basically admitted that most of these phones are probably stolen. Anyway, I'll let you folks put the pieces together.. I'm going to play more MW3.
