There's a possibility that this is a "friend" of the P.A. THere's a car on my street who routinely parks directly in front of a hydrant. From time to time, a parking authority "buggy" will pull up aside it, and a period of time will pass where my best guess is they're calling in the plates, and then they drive off without ticketing.
It's insanity. Not only because someone is getting off, but because they're blocking a hydrant.

Licence PLATE V32HNS, belonging to a dark Yukon SUV has been parked on Communipaw Ave and Crescent Ave since January 1, 2018. It is parked in a no parking zone from 6-10 am and on the emergency snow removal route. There is no ticket on the SUV, there is no boot on the SUV, yet it remains parked day after day without repercussions. This truck blocks the morning commute traffic daily. Numerous phone calls have been made TO THE PARKING AUTHORITY WITHOUT RESULTS. Maybe the Parking Authority should do something before an accident occurs!!!!
