Hello All,

I am looking for your recommendation for an HVAC contractor. We currently have 1 steam boiler with radiators in a 3 family building. We are would like to separate the heat and hot water out to each unit.

Thanks in advance for your help.

I have used Meyer & Depew for 20 years. Matter of fact they just left my house after coils on the heat exchanger froze. As previous poster wrote - very professional, technicians are always on time, competent, courteous. I guess there might be cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. M&D are from the upper shelf. Their plan now costs $190/year. Individual call is about $270, so I signed up for the plan. Paid only for refrigerant top-off, diagnostics and new filter were included.

We've used Meyer & Depew for 11+ years, both for our home and a system in our building's common areas. A number of people in our association also use them for their HVACs.

One of the features we like about their annual service plan is the ability to pay month-to-month versus lump sum. Their service calls are limited to a 2-hour window and they have weekend and early morning time slots so you don't have to miss work / other obligations waiting for them. Very professional.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good HVAC service company in the area? Looks like my air conditioning unit needs some maintenance...

Thanks!
