I would stick with one person since it's going on the MLS anyway. You can always switch if it's not a good fit. Some agents won't even take your listing if you're working with other agents because they can work for hours on end and never get paid.

You are right that your agent will put it on the NJ MLS which will make it visible to all buyers in NJ. This will be picked up trulia, zillow etc.
Other options to consider which will save you money but require more effort on your part. 1. Use Redfin https://www.redfin.com/why-sell Lower fees than a traditional agent. 2. Sell yourself (by using one of the for sale by owner websites) http://www.forsalebyowner.com/sellyourhome/

I'm going to sell my condo and I know a real estate agent who can help me with. Should I look for more than one agency to get more buyer or should I just work with the one I know because my listing will be posted on the master list anyways? Thanks.
