All the units are small, I guess that's the new normal for new construction. Urby on Greene St the 2 BRs are only 870 sq ft.

I'd avoid the north side of the building (along the light rail tracks.) The bell dinging and horn blowing of the light rail starts around 5am and is constant at times. As more buildings go (and have gone) up, the noise is trapped and amplified.

One BD apt floor plan is awesome. For 2 BRs I would go somewhere else (check out Liberty @ Windsor, etc). The ones in 18 Park are quite small.

The floor plans look nice the only discrepancy is they indicate the largest unit is 2br/3ba but I was hard pressed to see a third bathroom unless the consider the washer/dryer the third bath or 1/2 bath.

Does anyone live(d) or have any info about the 18 Park building?
We are looking at possibly moving there but there doesn't seem to be too many online reviews about the building. I'm hoping that's a good thing, since people are more likely to post when they have bad experiences. Any info would be appreciated!!
