Fulop critics cry hypocrisy over double-dipping city attorneyBy JERSEY CITY -- Mayor Steve Fulop's critics are assailing him one day after the city's top attorney took a second public job as the director of the city Municipal Utilities Authority, with the critics lobbing charges of hypocrisy at a mayor who once railed against "double dippers." Jeremy Farrell, the city's corporation counsel, last night accepted a gig as the MUA executive director after the previous director, Dan Becht, abruptly resigned.
