I have two tickets for tonight's 9pm performance and won't be able to attend.

If you're planning on going, haven't yet bought tickets, and want to avoid service charges shoot me a message here.

the old Maxwell's was set up for kids to attend. we went to a few shows when kids were young and my daughter saw Shonen Knife. though, they were always with us.

did you ask?

fyi, Irving Plaza is a good place to see bands if underage also.

and of course you should have sent him to the cemetery for the Ghost of Uncle Joe's show and others.

Too bad they don't do this in a family friendly venue. My teenage son would love this, he adores The Band, Dylan etc.

Nice..I guess he knows they played down in JC?s Roosevelt Stadium a few times in the 70?s.

Those were the day?s great live music in our own backyard?.

?The Grateful Dead, Yes, The Allman Brothers Band, James Brown, The Band, The Beach Boys, The Eagles, Eric Clapton, Pink Floyd, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, J. Geils Band , Kiss, The Doobie Brothers, and Alice Cooper also performed at the stadium. ?

Local musicians gear up to recreate The Band's Last Waltz

By Jim Testa | For The Jersey Journal

This year, the Hoboken Last Waltz ? a loving recreation of The Band's all-star farewell concert from the Thanksgiving of 1976 ? enters its third year, making it feel more like an annual tradition than simply a special event.
