If safety is a concern which it should be, try the Heights. More bang for the buck, nice area to walk around, plenty of eateries, four parks, farmer's market, bar and art scene, and transportation options are building as well.

Thanks guys, looks like the price was low because it has protected tenants. I am not sure what baggage that carries with it, so I don't think I am going to be going ahead with it.

Are you talking about the 1 bd condos on Corbin? That location is safe, fine for a commuter. It's a pretty hilly walk up to the PATH, but can be done in about 10 minutes, less if you're really fit. Parking is also easy on that street, it's one of the widest in the area.

Hi guys,
Thinking of buying a property located on corbin Ave since it seems pretty close to Journal square with Journal square coming up, I am thinking it may be a deal. anyone have any input of the area. Only thing I can find here on jclist some account of shooting that happened there. Thanks in advance
