changed in way to render them unconstitutional, changed to grant general amnesty, changed to replace prior reform ordinances and undo all of the positive done to date.

Good or bad would you really blame the rest of the Council or Mayor Fulop if they didn?t consider the change knowing it was hatched up by someone who still has a chip on his shoulder for getting beat by Mayor Fulop?
