check with your condo board or management first. they will let you know what the rules are. the big thing. dont try to cheat on the permits. will just be a headache down the road. follow local codes and you should be good to go

Hello,
Has anyone done a condo reno (not a high rise, a 6 unit brownstone/rowhouse) and got permits for plumbing and electric? Can you tell me how big of a deal, price, and any other suggestions for the 07302 zip code? Thank you.
