What's your budget like? How many people?
Have you looked at Kolo Club in Hoboken? It's def not cheap but has that feel and it's a pretty open space

Looking for loft wedding venue, preferably in the warehouse district - just a big empty no frills space. Not a fancy ballroom type space.
Does any such thing exist? Gritty is fine.
