As a further heads up they aren't allowing bikers or pedestrians to cross the Light Rail tracks on Johnston to go into Liberty State Park; you'll have to detour around the Liberty Science Center (you can go around the back of the building if you desire, past the windmill, to get into the park or to head to the stinky bridge).

For the next two weekends light rail service in the vicinity of the Liberty State Park Station will be substituted with buses. The Hudson Bergen Light Rail will be performing maintenance work, forcing commuters to use shuttle bus service in both directions between several stations. Story
