Let me clarify - I am not a real estate agent, so no, I am not "envious!"!

Also, by "promotion" I mean that the agent was made a manager of a branch.

if an agent committed a violation against you, report them and let their real estate board decide how to deal with the situation.

whether or not they got a "promotion" is irrelevant. what does that even mean, a better commission split? if you are just envious of this person, find a different agency. you can always negotiate a better split, but not necessarily as many leads.

Real estate agents dont really get "promotions". An Agent is and agent.

If you knew that a real estate agent was held in an ethics violation for dishonesty, and was then PROMOTED by the real estate agency, would you trust that agency going forward?
