Please tell me that Healy has nothing to do with the administration of this city or State !
Healy's legacy will be one of missed opportunities compounded by an inept administration and a classic example of cronyism, nepotism and a heavy dose of narcissist behavior by any Mayor of this city.

Federal audit shows Jersey City bungled affordable housing programBy Jersey City bungled a federal program intended to help low-income residents find affordable housing, an audit by the federal Office of Inspector General has found. The audit, which covered the period between April 2010 and March 2013, found the city used $2.6 million in federal funds for an ineligible purpose while $11.7 million could have been "put to better use." The 45-page document paints a picture of a disorganized bureaucracy where city officials deposited federal funds into the wrong account, gave affordable-housing funds to homeowners who made too much money to qualify for the aid, set aside federal funds for a terminated project and more.
