Want to learn how to temper chocolate and make a custom box of truffles? Take our Fundamentals of Chocolate class on Friday, February 13 for an evening in HCCC's professional kitchen.
Chocolate is an aphrodisiac to some, a sedative to others, a source of addiction to millions! Learn the ABC?s of chocolate, plus how to prepare and store it. The irresistible preparations will include ganache, mousse and truffles. Students must wear flat, close toed shoes and bring an apron.
